Booth
Application

Who Can Apply

We invite nonprofit organizations, service clubs, community groups, schools, faith-based organizations, public agencies, and other organizations that provide free services or resources to the community to apply.

Participating organizations and activities should reflect the spirit of the event by being welcoming, inclusive, nonpartisan, family-friendly, and focused on strengthening the community.

Hands-On Activity Required

Every booth must include a hands-on component. This may be an interactive project, a service activity, a peace-themed experience, or the collection of needed items, such as eyeglasses, diapers, food, school supplies, or other community donations.

We encourage you to provide information about your organization and ways people can get involved.

Participation Is Free

There is no fee to apply or participate. Participants must provide their own table, chairs, pop-up tent, activity supplies, and any other materials needed for their booth. Please plan on a standard pop-up tent (about 8′ x 8′) and a 6-foot table.

Application and Selection Process

Space is limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee participation. Applications are due by November 10, so we have time to finalize the booth map and print materials.

Final selections will be made by the Walk for Peace planning committee based on available space, community benefit, activity variety, and alignment with the welcoming, service-focused spirit of the event.

Accepted organizations will receive an assigned booth location before the event. Booth setup begins at 12:00 PM on Sunday, November 15 (please don’t arrive earlier).
