WOW! A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our First Annual Walk for Peace!
We were absolutely blown away by the turnout and the incredible energy that filled the day. More than 200 people came together to celebrate unity, friendship, and understanding — and what a beautiful day it was! The sunshine was perfect, the laughter was contagious, and the spirit of peace could be felt all around.
We were honored to be joined by over 20 organizations that represent the heart and soul of our area — civic leaders, faith groups, and service clubs all walking for a common purpose. Your presence helped make this first Walk for Peace a huge success — and we truly couldn’t have done it without you.
Peace in Action
The Walk for Peace reminded us that peace begins with presence — with showing up, listening, and celebrating our shared humanity. Every conversation, smile, and connection made along the route was a small act of peace in motion.
We’re already looking forward to making this an annual tradition and growing it even bigger next year!
